How FUEL Works?
Step 1: Choose your meals from the weekly Menu.
Our menu changes every week with new healthy and delicious meals. We select the freshest, top quality seasonal ingredients available for our menu.
Simply choose the meals that you want to enjoy. There is no minimum order required.
We post a our new menu every Sunday/Monday for the following week’s delivery. Orders should be placed before Saturday for Monday Delivery.

step 2: We do all the shopping, prep and cooking for you.
We have sourced the freshest and best quality ingredients from local farms and markets and reputable suppliers for overseas elements so that we can bring you the most diverse selection of meals from around the globe.
We do all the work for you so you can focus on your busy work and social life.
Step 3: We deliver your meals to your door anywhere in Korea every Monday.
Step 4: Heat and Enjoy.
If you don’t have a microwave handy you can also just use a stove top with a pot or pan. It’s that easy!
Recycling Program
Do you have containers and ice packs that you would like to recycle and reuse? We can pay for one box per month to be picked up from your home at no cost to you!
- Clean your empty containers and keep your ice packs and try to completely fill one of the delivery boxes that we send.
- Send us a picture of the tracking sticker on top of the box. It’s the sticker with your name, address and numbers on it.
- Tape the box and leave it outside where the delivery company can pick it up.

What if I want to send more than one box a month for recycling?
If you want to send more than one box per month we still want to help you!
We invite our FUEL community to send their containers and ice packs to our Kitchen so we can reuse them! Simply wash out the containers and stack them in one of the boxes we have sent you.
Please try and completely fill a box.

If you decide to mail us a box please email us at food@fuelweekly.com and let us know so we can ensure we receive the box and credit your account properly.
F.A.Q.
We make the meals Fresh and ship them unfrozen unless otherwise noted. You can store them in the fridge for up to 5 days or Freeze them for up to 3 months.
All meals from FUEL are ready to Eat and just need to be reheated. A microwave or stovetop is all you need to enjoy healthy and delicious meals from FUEL!
Currently we offer easy to use bank transfer and PayPal as payment options.
YES! FUEL actually delivers healthy meals Everywhere and Anywhere in Korea! Even Jeju! We use overnight shipping with Ice so no matter where you live, your meals will arrive fresh at your door!
We believe that the food you eat is your body’s Fuel and is vital to help your mind and body operate at peak performance. As part of that philosophy we don’t use chemical additives, unnecessary refined sugars or other over-processed and unnatural ingredients. We design our meals to be nutrient dense without being high calorie. You will feel satisfied without feeling heavy and sluggish with our Hearty Meals.
Our meals are designed and portioned to be perfect for one average Adult. Obviously, if you feel full before you finish your meal you can simply reseal the reusable container and save the rest for later!
We ship your meals overnight on Sundays so they arrive every Monday at your door! (Tuesday in Jeju)
