November 7 Korea Meal Delivery Menu
Each week when we craft our healthy meal delivery menu, we first look at the requests we receive from our customers in Korea. We receive emails, DM’s and comments on our Instagram and Facebook posts, where people will tell us what meals they have been craving!
That’s what FUEL Weekly is all about! We want to bring the taste of home to you while you’re in Korea. Whether you are living in Korea for a short time or a long time, or maybe you’re just visiting, we want to be a convenient and affordable solution when you want to have that taste of home! We also want to add a healthy twist to our recipes so you can always feel good about enjoying your meals from Fuel Weekly.
This week we have an incredible line up of some of the most requested healthy meals from the past year.
Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Whole Wheat Pasta and Broccoli
What a perfect dish! Whether it’s a lunch that you want to power you up for the rest of your day, or a comforting meal that you can’t wait to get home to, Chicken Alfredo from Fuel Weekly has all the elements you want. Cheesy chicken breast on creamy pasta with a bit of greens on the side make this dish one of the most popular meals that we deliver in Korea.
Buffalo Chicken Mac ‘n Cheese
This is like a celebrity wedding of the food business. Two stars come together and make a beautiful couple!
Our Mac ‘n Cheese is made with whole wheat penne pasta that captures the flavours inside. The Chicken breast bites are coated in our homemade buffalo sauce and are an incredible compliment to the cheesy pasta. We then of course have to balance things out with a side of roasted veggies that means you can make each bite a different experience of textures and flavours!
Chicken Enchiladas with Mexican Rice
Some dishes are deceptively simple and this is one of those. Mexican food can be especially difficult to find in Korea and the ingredients are not found in the average mart. The Mexican inspired flavours are not overly spicy so don’t be afraid of this meal! It’s comfort all the way and totally satisfying! You may even decide to save the second enchilada for later.
Pan Seared BBQ Pork
Barbeque with creamy Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables? Yes Please! Comfort food at it’s simple best.
Loaded Potato Soup
This is a fantastic soup that eats like a meal. So thick and creamy, with potato and cheese and bacon all together in a delicious spoonful. Huge favourite!
Mongolian Beef & Broccoli
PF Chang inspired, not spicy and super yum. Sweet and savory beef mine and slices with brown rice and broccoli. This is a classic for a reason!
So Let’s talk about desserts for a moment. The way I remember how to spell desserts versus deserts is a teacher once told me that desserts has two s’s because you always want more!
Each week we have our staple weekly desserts that include the cranberry cheesecake cookies, chocolate chip zucchini brownies and yogurt chia parfaits (which also make a nice breakfast actually).
We also try and make a special dessert or two each week to temp your taste-buds!
Carrot cake is always a fav and for good reason. It really goes without saying that carrot cake is delicious!
Key-lime bars are a really cool and refreshing dessert that can be easily transported on the go. They should be kept frozen and then eaten while still firm but we won’t judge if you like them ooey-gooey!
Ahh Breakfast. For some, the most important meal of the day. Sometimes it’s the main motivation for getting outta bed in the morning, because we make up starving! Even if you’re especially busy or like to hit the the snooze a few extra times and need to eat later, the breakfasts that we deliver in Korea are very simple to heat and eat.
The Breakfast casserole is an incredibly satisfying combination of everything you want for breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and cheese.
The Broccoli bites have been described as the best thing that Fuel has ever made! Eat cold or hot and dip into that chipotle sauce!
What can you say about breakfast burritos? Burritos or breakfast? Sign me up!
