Korea Delivery food menu for Nov 28
It’s Thanksgiving week and we completed our hugely successful Turkey Dinner delivery to rave reviews! Needless to say, it was a lot of work but that’s what our mission is at FUEL Weekly! Bring the taste of home to you in Korea!
Even as we stuff ourselves with turkey this week we didn’t forget that everyone needs to eat next week too! We wanted to follow up with another great menu with a focus on comfort food that helps ease the bite of the colder nights and sharp winds, that are just around the corner in Korea.
When we thought about what single meal do you look forward to for a hearty power lunch or a comforting night with a blanket and Netflix, we immediately thought of our Classic Beef Stew! Thick and rich broth with red wine, tons of veggies and tender beef that leave you fully satisfied.
We realize that pasta meals can be hard to get delivered in some parts of Korea and we know that you love your pasta dishes, so we decided to make a double hitter and make both Caprese Chicken with Pesto Pasta and Chicken Pad Thai! The Caprese chicken is just incredible, with chicken breasts, mozzarella, basil, tomatoes and the beautiful pairing of honey and balsamic, served with pesto whole wheat pasta. Come on!!
Carrying along with the theme of complex flavours mixed with comfort food, we decided to go with Sweet ‘n Sour Pork. Paired with a bed of brown rice this always a really nice lunch or dinner that never disappoints!
At FUEL Weekly we want to more than just a healthy meal prep delivery company. In fact, we want to make food that we love because we eat it too! We want to make an interesting meal delivery menu every week that we can be excited for and look forward to eating every day.
There are days when we are tired from work and decide to open a delivery app and order something a bit devilish. Don’t get me wrong, a kick ass burger from some of the places around Itaewon is something that you just need every once in a while 🙂 But for the other days of the week it sure is nice to have a diverse selection of “foreign” foods in our fridge or freezer, that are ready to eat in just a few minutes. And it saves a lot of money too!

Loaded potato soup. Easily one of the most satisfying side dishes that we make at FUEL Weekly. Imagine a baked potato, with all the fixin’s, in soup form. So thick and rich you won’t believe it.
And then there is Hummus. Not an easy thing to find in Korea, especially as a delivery food. Hummus has so many uses and they are all frankly, good! What you decide to dip into the thick middle eastern delight is up to you. No judgement from us 🙂 Veggies are a great healthy option but so is popcorn I’ve discovered! The choice is yours!
