FUEL is a healthy meal delivery service that delivers weekly meal boxes all over Korea every Tuesday. We make eating different meals everyday with diverse and delicious flavours, as easy and convenient as popping our meals in a microwave for 3-4 minutes.
There is no need to cook or prepare a complex list of ingredients. All of the healthy meals from FUEL are made fresh and delivered ready to heat and eat. They can be kept in your refrigerator for 3-5 days or frozen for 3 months.
Our meal containers are super durable and microwave and freezer safe. You can reuse them many times or send them back to FUEL HQ for recycling and reuse! We will even pay you a credit to send them back to us.

We care about our environment and we want to minimize the waste that we generate. The containers we chose are recyclable but also extremely durable so we encourage our FUEL community to reuse them many times. We also want to make it possible to send back to us.
We are currently working to find a mail courier company to partner with that will provide both delivery and return services. This will be finalized in the near future!
For right now we invite our FUEL community to send their containers and ice packs to our Kitchen so we can reuse them! Simply wash out the containers and stack them in one of the boxes we have sent you.

What makes meals from FUEL healthy?
FUEL was created to be a different type of meal delivery service. The Chefs at FUEL strive to create a new diverse and interesting menu every week. The focus is not only delicious flavours however. They create each meal to be between 400-600 kcals and include a balance of different nutrition sources including packing in extra veggies where you wouldn’t normally find them. We use local sources for high quality protein and farm fresh ingredients. We remove unnecessary and unhealthy ingredients like processed foods and refined sugars, and we use only whole wheat pasta that delivers higher fibre and fewer calories.
After you finish eating a meal from FUEL you will feel full and satisfied without feeling heavy, sluggish or bloated, like a processed or fast food meal.
