Our meals are delivered ready to eat in just a few minutes in the microwave. There is no cooking required! Our meals are also freezer friendly so you never waste anything and can always have your favourite meal like a meaty lasagna or Greek Pastitsio in your freezer for when the craving strikes.

This week we have some of the best of the best on our delivery menu. The Bacon Ranch Cheese Dip is frankly ridiculous. Ultra decadent and rich this should be enjoyed in small doses, if you have the will power that is!
Corn Chowder and Loaded Potato Soup are the two best soups/chowders that we make at FUEL and I always make sure to set at least one of each aside for myself when they are on the menu. Personally I like a pack of salted crackers with them but it’s totally gratuitous.
Zucchini Fritters are the sleeper hit on the snacks menu but those who know, know. These are bomb, and the feta-yogurt dip is perfect with them. It’s an and easy to eat snack when you have access to a quick zap in the microwave.
Tuna Salad needs no introduction. It’s great with crackers or spread in a sandwich or raw if you’re watching carbs. This is not a plain cup of tuna however. Oh, no this is proper tuna salad with purple onion, mayo and celery.
As I’ve mentioned before, we make our meal delivery menu with food that we want to eat ourselves! We’re expats ourselves and we are often too busy and tired to cook for ourselves so ordering food was a daily occurrence. The cost to the wallet and the waistline however is significant, with even a simple wrap costing 15,000 or more when you include delivery fees. If you’re not a breakfast person then you can skip this section. I’ve met a few of you in the wild and I just cannot relate. Get up and go without food? I get the coffee and cigarette breakfast but for me, I wake up hungry! Or is it Hangry?
When you don’t have much time the breakfasts that we make are perfectly designed to be ready to eat in just a few minutes. The breakfast casserole is great and super satisfying but if you want something light then the broccoli bites are a terrific finger food that can be eaten either hot or cold.
The Chorizo breakfast burrito is like a full meal and could even be a great lunch!
